Course access

When you purchase a course or project on Codeniversity, you are granted a non-transferable, lifetime licence to access that content for personal learning. You may not redistribute, resell, screen-record for public distribution, or share your login credentials with others.

Codeniversity uses a structured, gated learning model: modules and lessons unlock progressively as you complete prerequisite content and pass associated assessments. This ensures every learner builds genuine understanding at each stage before advancing, and that the integrity of our curated content is maintained.

Purchases and subscriptions

Courses are sold as one-time purchases. Once you enroll, your access to that course does not expire — you can return to it at any time, even years later. Future updates to the course content are included at no extra charge.

Codeniversity Pro is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually, that unlocks the CodeSuite intelligence layer (hints, Ask Cody explanations, and editorial solutions) and unlimited daily exercises with routine tracking. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current paid period.

CodeSuite is a curated, free library of coding-interview problems — the patterns companies actually test — that you can solve in the browser at no cost. Solving is always free; the intelligence layer (hints, Ask Cody, and editorial solutions) is part of Codeniversity Pro.

Codeniversity Pro is a confirmed part of our business model and will become available for enrollment once our payment infrastructure is finalised. These terms will govern the subscription when it becomes available.

Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on course purchases or Pro subscription payments. Please review the course detail page and the free exercises before purchasing. If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@codeniversity.com and we will investigate promptly. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Codeniversity to: share login credentials, scrape or reproduce course content, attempt to circumvent access controls, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or other users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. All sales are final — no refunds are issued upon account termination, whether initiated by you or by us due to a terms violation.

Limitation of liability

Codeniversity provides educational content on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment results, or certification validity beyond what is stated on the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
