Codeniversity does not offer refunds on course purchases or subscription payments. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Digital educational content is delivered immediately upon enrollment and cannot be returned or un-delivered.
Preview before you purchase
We strongly encourage you to explore the platform before making any purchase. Codeniversity provides free exercises, publicly accessible course overviews, and sample content so you can evaluate quality and relevance before committing. We are confident in what we teach. Structured learning access
Our courses use a gated, structured learning model. Modules and lessons unlock progressively as you complete prerequisite content and pass the associated assessments. This is a deliberate design choice: it ensures that every learner builds genuine competence at each stage before advancing, and that the depth and integrity of our curated content is preserved. Access is designed to reward engagement, not passive consumption.
Billing errors and disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly — for example, a duplicate charge, an unrecognised transaction, or a technical error at checkout — please contact us at support@codeniversity.com as soon as possible. We investigate every reported billing issue promptly and issue corrections where warranted. Good-faith billing disputes are always resolved.
Subscription cancellations
Codeniversity Pro is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle from being charged; you retain full access to Pro features through the end of the current paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation.
